Our History

The company was founded in 1975 by William Aukofer and Robert Zeman. From 1988 to 1998 sales grew rapidly, prompting the construction of a new 100,000 square foot administrative and manufacturing facility that was occupied in 1998.
In July of 2001, Jeffery Held and Mark Siewert acquired New Berlin Plastics. Mr. Held serves as the President and CEO. Mr. Siewert holds the position of Vice-President and COO.
