Plastic Flow Analysis
|
Flow analysis is critical to many of our molds. Some are simple - quick calculations to insure proper shear rates and acceptable pressure drops for example. Others require a comprehensive, detailed flow analysis.
When necessary, we coordinate resin characterizations, the proper input data for the flow analysis software. The level of analysis is often driven by lead time. We are able to provide a number of analysis options, and will perform the one that maximizes product and process robustness while meeting time constraints. |
